Oluwatosin Ilesanmi is the MD/CEO of Nobleserve Finance Company Limited with over a decade of experience in Business Development, Treasury and Funds Management. She has raised and disbursed investment funds from both domestic and global clients on a broad range of transactions across various sectors including Oil & Gas, Financial Institutions, Insurance, and General Trading. She rose from the position of a General Manager to an Executive Director before becoming the MD/CEO of the Company.
Prior to joining Nobleserve Finance Company Limited in 2019; Oluwatosin was previously an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Alpha Morgan Capital Managers Limited. At Alpha Morgan, she carried out the review and implementation of a business/marketing plan for liability generation from UHNIs, HNIs and Mass Affluent Individuals. She also contributed to the review of existing product programs and the development of new products to suit the lifestyle of all customers.
Prior to joining Alpha Morgan, Oluwatosin Ilesanmi worked with Greenwich Trust Limited as the Head, Registrars & Business Development Executive. She participated in marketing Stock broking services to Retail & High Net Worth individual clients, Institutional investors and management of the portfolios of High-Net-Worth individuals. Before joining Greenwich Trust Limited, Oluwatosin Ilesanmi was a Business Development Officer with GTI Capital Limited where she revamped a bulk of old and dormant client accounts to become profitable.
Oluwatosin Ilesanmi has significant experience in Asset and Funds Management, advising clients on an array of investment opportunities across a variety of investment outlets. She has managed a portfolio size of over N5 billion for Corporate Institutions, High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) and Mass Affluent Individuals. She has promoted customer acquisition, retention, and development through effective relationship management.
Oluwatoyin is a versatile, excellence-driven, and seasoned HR professional with over a decade of work experience spanning core Human Resources and Customer Service in the Aviation and Finance sectors. Oluwatoyin commenced her career as a Customer Service Agent at Arik Air Limited where she passionately provided excellent customer service to the airline passengers by disseminating quality information about the airline's products and services. In pursuit of her goal to add value to the HR industry and having successfully bagged an ACIPM qualification, she was redeployed to the Human Resources department as Human Resources Advisor. In addition to the broad range of HR functions covering talent acquisition, HR initiatives, health and safety, learning and development, industrial relations, performance management, etc., she supervised the staff redundancy projects in Cote d Ivoire, Sierra Leone, and the Gambia while ensuring consistency with policies and the applicable local laws. After 2 years of meritorious service, she was promoted to Human Resources Supervisor where she was committed to adding value to people and processes through effective HR management initiatives, programs, and practices.
At Nobleserve Finance Company Limited, she functions as the Head of Human Capital and Administration where she’s responsible for implementing and monitoring the overall HR strategies, systems, policies, and procedures across the organization. She supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital. Oluwatoyin also oversees the company’s day-to-day administrative processes and efforts to ensure the judicious deployment of resources as well as maintain a safe and secure work environment while monitoring costs and expenses.

Ogedengbe Ayodeji is a fellow of the Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (RIMAN), he bags his first degree in economics at Covenant University, Ota, and his second degree in Management and Finance from Birmingham City University in the United Kingdom where he graduated with distinction.
Ayodeji Ogedengbe has attended trainings on Credits, Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Financial Management,
Ayodeji joined Nobleserve in 2023 as the head of the Risk & Compliance Team, where he ensures credit analyses are done for existing and new customers. He ensures compliance with the company's credit policy. He prepares monthly credit and market risk management reports. He assists in developing and implementing credit and market risk frameworks and policies. He is responsible for the collection of debts prior to legal recovery proceedings, negotiating payments, handling debtor’s enquiries, and providing administrative assistance to the team. He also liaises with the CBN on regulatory issues
Ayodeji Ogedengbe is also skilled at product development, formulation of strategies, and business analysis.
Olakunle is a seasoned Investment Banker with over 11 years of experience in the financial services sector providing funding across various sectors such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecoms, Power, and Services amongst others. He worked at FundQuest Financial Services Limited where he served initially as a Relationship Manager before rising to the position of Head of Credit Origination & Management Department, a department he was responsible for supervising and ensuring its strategic growth and relevance. Olakunle holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Technology from the prestigious University of Lagos and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the same university. His vast experience in the financial service sector cuts across Business Development, Credit Underwriting, Credit Risk Analysis, Financial Analysis, Relationship Management, and Loan Collection amongst others. Olakunle has attended several trainings organized by ELAN, FHAN, FITC, CRC amongst others.
Rasheed is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditor of Nigeria (IIA), and obtained his first degree in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology and Caleb University, Lagos respectively. Rasheed is currently a Student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). Rasheed has attended trainings on Credits, Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Internal Control. He is a member of the Finance House Association of Nigeria (FHAN) and was one time a Financial Secretary of the Yabatech student union government.
He joined Nobleserve Finance Company in 2023 and is helping to develop the Internal Audit policies and procedures for the company.
At Nobleserve Finance Company Limited, Rasheed is tasked with the responsibility of championing the software migration as well as training the parties on the effective usage of the software, he is a supportive personnel to the Enterprise Risk Management unit in terms of Recovery and establishing controls.
Adeleke Ajose is an energetic and hard-working professional with over 15 years of experience cutting across various sectors such as Infotech Infrastructure, Print media, Audit, Aviation, Security, Fintech and currently a finance house. He is passionate about business growth.
Prior to joining Nobleserve Finance Company Limited, Adeleke worked as a Finance Manager at Clane Company Nigeria Limited, where he successfully managed the cash flow of the company as well as provided financial information and reports to facilitate strategic decision-making. He was the Business Analyst at Halogen Group Limited where he analysed and prepared weekly business performance reports of all business units, including analysis of the profitability of business proposals and ventures. Adeleke was the Head of Finance at AvantGuard Security Services Limited where he oversaw all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes. Adeleke has also worked at Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited as a Business Analyst, J.O. Awoyemi & Co (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Manager; and Head of Finance at Wired Entertainment Limited.
Adeleke has developed adequate competency in developing financial models and activity-based financial analysis to provide a basis for investment decisions and business planning; including implementation sound Accounting Framework in compliance with statutory provisions.
At Nobleserve Finance Company Limited; Adeleke is working to strengthen the control of Nobleserve Finance’s financial and business strategies. He supervises the day-to-day running of the finance and operations department of the company and provides financial data to aid management decisions. He is the key driver for the cost-effective utilization of the Company’s financial resources while adopting best practices to maximize the Company’s Return on Investment.
